While it's probably best known as the spiritual home of craft beer in Australia, once you get past those famous 24 taps, Carwyn's back bar also boasts an awesome range of whisky (and whiskey) from around the world.

The selection is as diverse as you'd expect, with a very solid range of Scotch – both direct from distilleries and indie bottlings – and a great showcase of local Australian distilleries. There's a smattering of delights from the rest of the world, so pretty much all your whisky-bases are covered.
