Whisky of the Month Membership:
FAQs
We work with the world’s best distilleries and whiskymakers to bring our Members an incredible whisky each month along with epic Member Perks galore.
Each month, we’ll let you know about the amazing whiskies on offer. You choose whether to add more whiskies to your Whisky of the Month delivery or opt out for that month.
We also keep some hand-picked whiskies available throughout the month for when you need to refill your whisky cabinet.
Nothing today – joining is free. You’ll only be charged when you choose to receive a whisky. Normally this happens on the day your Whisky of the Month is processed (which is the first Monday of the month).
No, you’re in complete control. You can skip any month before the monthly deadline, and you’ll only ever pay for the whiskies you choose.
A Two-Bottle Membership means you get allocated two bottles of each month’s Whisky of the Month instead of one. It’s a great option if you want one to keep and one to sip.
Your whiskies ship together in one monthly delivery for the flat-rate of $15 New Zealand-wide, with no extra charges for extra bottles.
Prices vary by release, but the Whisky of the Month is between $115–$145. We work directly with distilleries so Members get exclusive whiskies at the best possible price.
Yes – every Whisky of the Month is a full-sized 700ml bottle.
Very occasionally we’ll have a 500ml Add In whisky available, but these will always be clearly marked.
Everything is managed from your account dashboard. You can skip a month during Whisky Weekend; change your Membership level; update your details and payment method; and more.
The first full weekend of every month is what we call Whisky Weekend.
We’ll email you with all the details on the Friday, then you’ve got the whole weekend (until midnight Sunday) to decide which bottles you want. Your delivery will be processed at 12.30am on Monday morning, and your whisky will be on its way to you shortly afterwards.
You can also grab a bottle before then by heading to your account.

“…Certainly takes the guess work out of choosing a great whiskey. Previously what seemed like countless hours in liquor stores gazing along the rows of whiskey bottles trying to work out which was a good one… Had about 6 bottles sent now and every one of them a winner”
