Rare golden nectar of Bordeaux.
French oak Sauternes is centre stage in this double-matured, 50.1% ABV batch strength bottling. Where red wines and Sherries have syrupy berries and dates, Sauternes jumps to the other side of the flavour wheel, bringing levels of vibrancy only possible when you’re dealing with this peak French dessert wine.
Super bright and without a lick of peat, this 1-of-1 edition is a global exclusive from the ‘Scotch Whisky Producer of the Year’ AND the ‘Most Awarded Distillery’ (with 8 x Double Golds!).
Tastes like: Vibrant green grapes, creamy apple, soft citrus and honey with an oh-so-buttery finish.

Only for Members: one of three absolutely stonking Dunville’s single casks.
Dunville’s won an incredible swag of recent awards, including Best Cask Strength Whiskey at the Irish Whiskey Awards. This single cask is the last of the liquid that won Best Small Batch Irish Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards, but a year older and richer.
Intended to be one of the parcel of casks married into the Best Irish winner, this single cask (#1729) was instead set aside from the batch and left to luxuriate for another full year. And good grief – it’s ramped up the rich, chewy character that won Dunville’s its first ‘Best Irish Single Malt’ award.
Exclusively bottled for Club Members alongside its sister release, Dunville’s 14 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Single Cask #1753.
Tastes like: Sinfully smooth honey with seared almond croissant, dried apple and pear.

Dunville’s oldest ever PX cask release could very well be the apex of Irish Sherry maturation. It’s the only single cask bottling of the Best Irish Whiskey 2026, hitting like nothing else we’ve seen from the Emerald Isle.
Nearly a quarter of a century old, this one-off expression has been crowned Best Irish Cask Strength Whiskey. And Whisky Club Members are the only people in the world who get to own a bottle. That’s right, every drop of this award-winner has been bottled exclusively for Club Members.
