How does it all work exactly?
We work with the world’s best distilleries and whiskymakers to bring our Members an incredible whisky each month along with epic Member Perks galore.
Each month, we’ll let you know about the amazing whiskies on offer. You choose whether to add more whiskies to your Whisky of the Month delivery or opt out for that month.
We also keep some hand-picked whiskies available throughout the month for when you need to refill your whisky cabinet.
What does it cost to join, and am I locked into any contract?
Membership to The Whisky Club is totally free – there’s no sign-up fee, no monthly Membership fee, no minimum spend, no exit fee and no lock-in contracts. You’re free to leave at any time you need. All you pay for is the whisky you buy.
All you pay for is the whisky you buy. Our Whiskies of the Month range from $115–$145 a bottle. Postage is a flat $15 New Zealand-wide per order.
What’s the difference between a One-bottle Membership and a Two-bottle Membership?
A Two-bottle Membership means you get allocated two bottles of each month’s Whisky of the Month instead of one. It’s a great option if you want one to keep and one to sip.
Why do you want my payment details straight away?
We keep your card securely on file so that your monthly whisky can go out without a new payment each time.
We don’t charge you anything when you join, and there aren’t any Membership fees – you only pay for the whiskies you get.
I don't have a credit card, can I still join?
No credit card? No stress. Any debit card you might use at an ATM will work just fine.
That whisky you had a few months back, can I get one?
Generally not. Each Club whisky is a limited release. In rare instances that we’ve got any bottles left, they’ll show up in your Club account. If a bottle you loved isn’t there, please get in touch and the team will help you with a bottle if we’ve got one.
Do you have a refer-a-friend program?
We sure do. All you have to do is give your referral code to a friend.
When your friend becomes an active Member and makes their first whisky order, you’ll both get a free reward with your next order. Refer as many friends as you like to keep the rewards coming.
