You may have noticed a subtle difference around here. We’ve moved into a new online home to deliver you and our fellow Members a faster, easier, more powerful way to get the most out of your Club Membership.
While things look similar, we’ve rebuilt the back end from the ground up. Finding your next dram will be quicker, managing your Membership will be simpler, keeping up with what’s coming out of the blending lab, and finding where we’re sharing drams around the world will be easier.
What stayed the same?
The good stuff hasn’t gone anywhere. Your Membership, your Whisky of the Month deliveries, your order history and your Member perks have all been carefully transferred across, and you can find them in your account. Whisky Weekends will work the same, our carefully curated Add Ins will work the same, and managing your account remains the same.
What’s different?
Logging in. We’ve made this easier and more secure. Just enter the email associated with your account and we’ll send you a one-time code to enter.
Product details. We’ve reworked pages across the website to deliver more information clearly and easily. Yes, this includes bigger bottle photos (hooray!).
Faster loading times. We’ve sped things up across the website, decreasing loading times and making navigation easier.
What else is coming?
All of this gives us an amazing platform to keep building on. We’ve got a bunch of ideas (some good, some great, some fantastical) that we couldn’t bring to life previously. This new website gives us the ability to bring them in and continue improving your Club experience over the next months and years. Watch this space.
